Energy is something I struggle with. Having had mono in college, then epstein barr and now fibromyalgia, increasing my energy and fortifying my immune system are so important to me. I know that some may believe that metabolism may slow down at night, but I love how Joel is so good about providing the science behind the method as well.

    I too am a late-night eater. I can’t sleep unless I have a bedtime snack

    I’ve never been a breakfast eater either, so I was completely interested in this way of eating. Not having my creamer in my coffee has been the harder part – but surprisingly I found I really like swerve in the placement of it.

    I am guilty of late night eating, too. I want to be the healthiest version of myself and am looking forward to trying this diet.
