Do you struggle to get your kids to brush and rinse their teeth? Are you worried about their oral health in the future? If so, you’re like most parents. The challenge is to find ways to get your kids excited about these daily routines and provide a good foundation while they are young.
My ground rules are: Don’t put too much pressure on them and use positive reinforcement when they do brush.

I would love a light saber tooth brush for myself lol. I always set a timer when the kids were little to be sure they would brush long enough.
I think I’ve instilled good brushing habits with my kids at a very young age! I have them pick out with spinning tooth brush with characters on them and then set the timer for 2 minutes! Love the mouth rinse dispenser!
I always let my son pick out his new toothrbrush and mouthwash. he usually goes for things with cartoon characters on them. We also brush our teeth together. He is 5, so I still brush his teeth for him first and then let him brush them by himself afterwards.
I have been using Reach toothbrushes for years and love them. Their bristle design is great for making sure every spot on my teeth get cleaned so my teeth stay healthy.

we love these firefly products around my house! i remember teaching my oldest how to swish the mouthwash around and floss and now i’m getting ready to teach my youngest!
