Beauty, to me, is about self-confidence. It’s about how we think of ourselves in relation to the world around us.
I’ve always enjoyed makeup, but, not too much makeup. Every once in a while, I love putting on the glam for a night out, but, for every day, I like to have makeup that doesn’t look or feel like makeup. After trying Victoria Jackson products, I’ve found a look I love!

I liked all the products I tried and look forward to using the Bronzing Powder in Spring and Summer as I’m a bit pale from Winter right now. All the products are quick and simple and uncomplicated which is exactly what I want in the mornings. The mascara feels good on, didn’t flake, clump or smear, and wears well throughout the day. I keep it in my purse along with the other products for quick touch-ups. The containers are just the right size to take on the go.
The blush is a beautiful shade (Sparkling Rose)that I believe would look great on just about anyone.
It’s silky and mineral-enriched and gives you that light flush and healthy glow like you’ve just come in from the fresh air. It also has Vitamins A, C & E to help protect cells from free radical damage. I’ll be using this often!
My favorite is the Foundation Duo in Medium. To me, foundations are often too oily or drippy and powders too dry, but, this is right in the middle. It’s a light creamy foundation that is oil free, sheer and light so it doesn’t clog your pores or look heavy. At the same time, it does a great job of coverage. I love that it has two tones that you can use alone or blend together to get a perfect match for your complexion.
I used the lighter shade under my eyes as I never seem to get enough sleep!
So what makes me feel beautiful? Eating healthy food and drinking lots of water, that buttery soft t-shirt and jeans that fit just right, going barefoot in summer, kind words, a bath with the scent of oranges and spice, the glance of a handsome stranger that he doesn’t think I see, and makeup that doesn’t feel like makeup but lets my natural beauty shine through. I love a natural looking appearance with hints enhancements as well. I love a well-fitted jean, sandals, and a dressy top which complements the entire look. I have tried any Victoria Jackson products though.

I am not familiar with the brand but I do like a little makeup now and again. I can not stand the feel of heavy makeup on my face and because I fidget too much and always touching my face I mess it up pretty quickly
I’m not big into makeup so I have no idea about the brand but it seems like they have a great selection. There’s one thing I love and that is blush. If they have good blush then I’m sold.

A bath with oranges and spices does sound wonderful! We have well water here, and even w/a softener it’s not great for bathing, I miss it so. 🙂

This does look like terrific make-up to try. I also would prefer the natural look and I really would like the Lush Mascara to try.
