Season 8 of NBC’s singing competition, “The Voice”, returns tonight at 8pm EST.
The mix of judges includes Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, Pharrell, and Christina Aguilera who has taken a few seasons off.
Though I enjoyed both Shakira and Gwen Stefani the past few seasons, I’m looking forward to seeing Christina again. She brings a fierce energy and passion that is exciting.
Will someone from Team Blake win yet again? Is it Pharrell’s time to shine? Will Adam return to his former glory or will Christina be the one who picks the victor?
I love discovering new artists and enjoy the dynamic between the coaches.
Here is a sneak preview from tonight’s show where the four judges rock out to “Are You Gonna Go My Way.” Now that’s not a group you see together often! Awesome chemistry.

I am so excited! I used to watch this when it first started, then missed several shows. This season I hope to catch them all! Adam Levine is definitely my favorite judge!
I have never seen this show before. I know it’s very popular and I am sure people are happy it is back.
I haven’t seen this since the very first season! I miss cable for these shows, I loved them once upon a time ago! How awesome it’d still going strong!

I’ve never watched this show, but I love all of these celebrities. I know many are thrilled it’s back. I’m all about DWTS!!!!
I’ve watched this show a few times and it’s pretty entertaining. The judges have a ton of personality, which makes it even better.
I watched this show a handful of times when I was at my parents house, it was okay! I did get a few goosebumps with some of the singers 🙂

Is it bad that I’ve not watched The Voice…ever? Lots of my friends rave about it, but I just haven’t followed it. Maybe next season!

I used to watch this show all the time. i feel its better then AI… Those people are so talented and deserve the world.

I am yet to watch the USA version of the voice I am still stuck on our UK one but i do love me some Adam levine and Christina too. Blake and Pharrell are legends
I didn’t even realize they did a second season in the spring of each year. I did manage to catch it on TV for a bit however!
I have never watched an episode of this show.. or American Idol. Just not my cup of tea.

I do so like their idea of this program and I would pick Christina as my coach – just because I’ve followed her career – I don’t yet watch the program – but you presented your post so well – you’re making me want to! 🙂
I don’t watch the Voice but I did happen to catch the opening song-it was great!

I love watching The Voice. There are so many talented singers out there. I love the way the judges joke with each other.
In all the years The Voice has been on I have watched 1 or 2 episodes. I have been an American Idol fan since episode one and I feel like I am cheating 😉 In all seriousness, I don;t have cable so I stream through Hulu. I don’t have a lot of free time for viewing, so I stick to my other shows. I like the judges though.
I would pick Pharell or Christina as a coach. I love them both and probably wouldn’t be able to choose.

The US really has some showbiz judges doesn’t it?! I sometimes watch the voice UK but I prefer The X factor really.
I do not regularly watch this show, but if I go over to my parent’s house and my brother is over there, it’s on. And, they DVR it, so sometimes I get to see like a million shows at once…and then they get me hooked and interesting. I liked Gwen on there, I bet she’ll miss being on there.

We watched pretty compulsively the first few seasons, but with extra curricular activities taking up more time, TV watching has been falling fast.
