Everyone in my family takes Omega 3, it is important for so many things.

My husband is a firm believer in Omega-3s, I took them at one point and then ran out of supplements…I really need to get back on the bandwagon with that one.
I have never tried this brand, but it sounds promising! I normally take a vegan or vegetarian version.
