I recently discovered So Lucky To B Me Tees, created by Andie Graff. I was immediately drawn to them because they were not only beautiful tanks and tees, but they also had messages that I loved on them.

After my divorce I found myself raising my three children, two daughters and one son in a time where I feared that the messages that were being put out there could chip away at the very core of who they are, their unique gifts and their self esteem.
In 2008, “So Lucky To B Me™” became much more than a statement to me. This company was born from a decision that I made to “fight back”, stand on my own two feet and create inspiration and encouragement for women of all ages and sizes, with personal messages of empowerment to wear proudly. I chose to use soft and comfy tees as the canvas for my original messages. – Andie Graff
Andie was very cool and sent me two shirts – a tee and a tank. I’ve been loving wearing them this summer. They are so incredibly soft and comfortable. They are also very flattering and fit well.
Here are the two shirts!
The first is the “I Believe Life is a Gift” Buddha Tee:
I’ve always loved studying different religions and Buddhism has some wonderful tenets. I was blessed to meet the Dalai Lama and hear him speak so this shirt is very special to me. Not only is it a vintage charcoal gray with a silver foil buddha on the front and supersoft to wear, but the message on the back really touched me:
It begins: “I believe that life is a gift, the people in it are angels on loan, our children are ours for just a moment, we have a chance to impress everyone, our choices are ours, we are responsible for our actions, Our mistakes are ok, our lessons will be learned…
It has so many wonderful messages, that if I have had a rough day, or just want to stop and meditate a bit and remind myself how wonderful life truly is, I can simply read the back of it. It’s definitely wearable art and poetry.
This really is a great gift for moms, daughters, co-workers, friends and for yourself. It is a reminder of who we really are and what is truly important. I know that when I remember, I feel at home in my skin and supremely happy.
As Andie puts it: To believe that “I’m not perfect, I’m perfectly me”! Is the most wonderful feeling.
The second shirt I received is The “I Am Peaceful” tank. This one runs small, so if you order it, go up a size. I did that and it fits great. This shirt is also very soft and comfortable and it looks great with jeans, shorts or leggings. Really it goes with just about anything.
The back of the shirt reads: “I am accepted for who I am, I am influential, tranquil, secure, protected, focused, courageous, and loved, I am peaceful… my peace comes from within.”
Sometimes I feel that life is just going to keep throwing lessons and experiences at us, and the trick is to find your zen or your peace in the midst of it all. To be able to meditate in the middle of a town square surrounded by chaos is true peace. I really love this shirt and its message.
For me, these shirts are a gentle reminder of who we all truly are, imperfectly perfect and completely whole, lacking nothing.

I really like the story behind why she designed the Tee shirts. The designs of them are much nicer then some of the crappy things other tee shirts have on them. These have more thought and care put into them. In a tee or tank top is great too if you want a tank top for summer time. Thanks for the review on these
