February is National Heart Health Month.
Did you know that more than 610,000 people die each year in the United States alone from heart disease. That’s one in every four deaths, making it the leading cause of death in both men and women. So, you see, the road to a healthier lifestyle does not have to be painful. There are a lot of wonderful tips in the book that will get you started on a common sense path.
