My supertalented and awesome friend, Stephanie, at SassyBelleWares has designed a beautiful Men’s (and Unisex) Black Porcelain Skulls & Dragon’s Blood Jasper rocker Bracelet. Your guy can wear it alone, or stack it. This bracelet has also been featured at GBK’s 2014 MTV Movie Awards Celeb Gift Lounge.

The bracelet is 7 1/2″ and will fit most wrists as it is made with soft elastic cord that stretches. If you would like it in a smaller or larger size, Steph will do that for you as well.

When my guy saw this bracelet, he immediately, said “Mine!”, and, of course, he was right. I love the cool rocker vibe it brings to him and it really does match everything, from casual to more dressy. It looks great with jeans and a t-shirt or with slacks and a button-down shirt.

Steph has lots more skull and pirate items as well as supercreative bracelets, necklaces, hair accessories and rings. I have quite a few on my wishlist and others bookmarked for friends! I’m a Tampa girl living in New Jersey. I have a serious bead addiction and believe the more bracelets at an arm party the better. I love Broadway, the Phillies, country music, and real books. I am a proud member of The Artisan Group. 

SassyBelleWares…Sassy (one of my favorite words). Belle (I was born and raised in the South – Tampa, Florida to be exact – and Southern Belles are seriously sassy). Wares (reminds me of the old time general stores that sold everything under one roof and SBW offers a variety of styles).

I put together components that transform into fun, cool, and sassy accessories. My hope is that they will make the wearer smile whenever they have them on. – Steph

Gotham Box – Great Father’s Day gift pick!

Today I got my Gotham Box for this month! A little taste of New York with a lovely postcard of the city and a note.

I love subscription services, but, being a “foodie”, I have to admit that the Gotham Boxes rank at the top of my list. They are so much fun to open and so great for gifts. You get unique and delicious hand-curated picks from the city you choose, New York or San Francisco.

This box had one of my favorite things – chocolate – Antidote chocolate to be exact and how did they know I would simply adore Banana and Cayenne? Exotic and delicious, not to mention made from 77% raw and roased organic cacao.

Antidote chocolate is made from delicious “Arriba Nacional” cacao from farms in the Ecuadorian Amazon, embodying floral flavors and a nutty aroma. I loved the kick of the cayenne (not too hot)  and the taste of the sweet bananas from Ecuador.

This box of treats also had Baked  homemade Vanilla marshmallows. Baked is both a neighborhood spot, and a nationally recognized bakery in Brooklyn, NY. These are like biting into delicious fluffy clouds.

Next up, The Well Dressed Nut! These are honestly the best pecans I’ve ever tasted – Cinnamon Vanilla flavored. Not too sweet, dressed just perfectly! The Well Dressed Nut was founded by two women who select the best pecans fresh from the orchard, dress them elegantly with delicious spices and then slow roast them in small batches. Sophisticated and very special. Are you nuts about nuts? I am now.

Rounding out the box was an original chocolate bar from Economy Candy, an old-fashioned family-owned candy store in New York!

The best part for me is the excitement of seeing the box waiting on my doorstep and the excitement of having absolutely no idea what each month’s assortment will bring.

In the past I’ve found delicious coffees, teas, popcorn and hand made granola. It’s like a monthly Christmas gift.

When looking for a unique gift that is ever-changing and always high quality, I definitely suggest Gotham Box. It’s perfect for Father’s Day, for birthdays, for friendship gifts or I miss you gifts, well, just about any occasion really!

 I love gift baskets. Gift baskets are a tangible way to show what’s in your heart and fit so many occasions. It’s always so exciting to receive one and explore what treasures lie within. Whether it’s a holiday, a birthday, a special occasion, or to say thank you or how’ve you been, there’s always something wonderful you can find at Baskets-n-Beyond.

But, it’s not just baskets, it’s baskets and beyond because they also have truffles, spa kits and cookie bouquets as well as other gifts. I really like to browse the website because they are always adding new products and it’s great fun to think of who I’d like to send the different baskets to and to mark them on my calendar.

Here are some of my favorites:

I love the Little Monkey Baby Basket with its musical plush monkey, matching baby security blanket and rattle, booties, beanie, Silly Songs cd and more. I have so many friends this would be perfect for.

I also love The Weekend Gardener with its tote full of treats like creamy dill spread and crackers, as well as gardening gloves and tools. I have one friend in particular I have this one earmarked for. Now that it’s spring, this is a perfect idea.

There are gifts for Birthday, Get Well, New Home, Nurse’s Day, Pampering, Romantic Baskets and many many more. I’m already perusing the Sport Baskets for a great Father’s Day Gift. There are some wonderful baseball, golf and NASCAR ones. Also, a Taste of Italy has to be another favorite of mine for a special foodie friend.  
 



But, lately, I’ve been perusing their cool Mother’s Day baskets thinking what my sisters would love or my Mom. They have some fabulous choices.
