I studied holistic healing for quite some time, especially when I was living in California. If I were to buy a product, I would do extensive research and ask the health professionals I trusted most, and one name that came up more than the others was Nordic Naturals.

I began using their supplements over 8 years ago, especially the Omegas and the Omega-3.6.9 combinations. I had gotten mono in college and later on chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia. I found this formula to have a pleasant lemon taste with no aftertaste or odd smell like so many fish oils can have.

I have been taking it and feel healthier with less joint pain. Of course, I do other things for this, so I can’t attribute it to only this supplement, however I really believe it helped me, in synergy with the other modalities.

I’m a barefoot type of girl. Barefoot or boots, sometimes flip flops. I really love for my feet to be comfortable. So, when I got to review Nature’s Sleep Memory Foam slippers, I was eager to see how they would feel.
